INSTRUCTORS CONFERENCE
February 17-19, 2023

Plans are well underway for WSESI’s 62nd Annual Instructors Conference, scheduled for February 17-19, 2023. Fond du Lac Fire Rescue will host our Conference programs, while the lodging, dinner, and Annual Meeting is to be held at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center.Here are some of the features planned for this coming year, including annual recurring favorites:
-Monday thru Friday, Feb. 13-17, will be our Pre-Conference Training, Emergency Services Instructor (ESI) II Train-the-Trainer.
-Our Friday Dinner Buffet at the Radisson is included for all participants and will feature our Instructor of the Year presentation.
-The 62nd WSESI Annual Meeting follows the dinner.
-The Conference program offers three track options for our participants:
-Track A focuses on instructor development.
-Track B features a workshop on NFPA 1403 Live Burn compliance, as outlined above.
-Track C will include the National Fire Academy Course Incident Safety Officer (ISO), with a class limit of 30 students.

TRACK C -- National Fire Academy (NFA) Course:
INCIDENT SAFETY OFFICER (ISO) F0729

This two-day course is designed to meet the needs of Company Officers (COs) responsible for managing the operations of one or more companies during structural firefighting operations. This course is designed to develop the management skills needed by COs to accomplish assigned tactics at structure fires.
Saturday, February 18 and Sunday, February 19 – 8AM to 5PM
All participants must have a FEMA Student ID number (SID) and submit it for registration.
